Young Leader Information
The information available here is designed to help Young Leaders find their way through the Young Leader Scheme, including an introductory leaflet. It would be good to print out a some introductory leaflets for scout leaders to hand to scouts moving on to explorers, as well as to explorer leaders.
The great news is we have lots of young leaders across the county, the bad news is not many gain their Young Leader Belts. Some don’t attend all the training, but the vast majority that miss out, do so because they are not completing all their missions. Once districts have good training schemes in place, this is the next priority.
